Childbirth Education is an important part of the birthing experience. It gives you information and the tools you need to have the best possible experience while having your baby. In the class we cover pregnancy discomforts, signs of labor, stages of labor and what is happening in each of those stages, how to manage your labor and pain management options. Support people are encouraged to attend and are given the tools to be the best support that mom and baby will need. We also provide a tour of the OB Unit.
