Michelle Salazar, an Advance Practice Nurse, attended the University of Cincinnati and has diverse
experience including Emergency, Intensive Care, and Urgent Care settings. Michelle has cared for
many patients with Urinary and Urology based conditions and complications. Together, working
with Dr. Klos and Michelle combine to offer high quality, effective Urology care for their patients.
